Photoshop Crashed During a File Save
Mistakenly deleted .psd or .tmp files which is created in Adobe Photoshop CS5, CS4, CS3, CS2 or 7.0. While working on an important work on Photoshop file and suddenly your computer got crashed or you simply closed the file without saving it. And when you try to open the backup file you find that the .psd file you were trying to save was not there. So what you are going to do now the .psd file can be found nowhere in your computer. Adobe Photoshop files got a default file extension as .PSD.
When everything stops our first option is Google and thankfully got many freeware and paid software. But unluckily they seems to be impossible to recover a Photoshop tmp file”
I acted very quickly so that the file doesn’t get replaced or deleted by adding some new file but all went to vain. The lost file can be easily recovered by using any good program tool but didn’t find any. Tried number of way to recover the Photoshop .temp file. But nothing gave the best result. I was very disappointed how can I left my work go. By taking deep breath and with the mixed feeling I thought the Photoshop does save the tmp file. So started looking for the folder where I was trying to save the file and thankfully I got the file named with ~ps1F4.tmp.
Going back to Photoshop, File > Open, change the file’s extension from .tmp to .psd and click Open.
And Wow got back my file which I was trying to save!
